ADD Success Telephone Coaching – $325 per month

Contains three, 40-minute sessions per month with check-in email and telephone support between sessions. A three month commitment is requested. Monthly payment is by Visa, MasterCard, American Express.

ADD Success Coaching is a long-term, one-on-one relationship designed around the individual needs of each client.

Pre-scheduled, weekly telephone coaching sessions are free-flowing, truth seeking and confidential. My approach, or coaching process, is extremely results-oriented. You’ll end each ADD coaching call with a list of concrete actions to take before our next session.

Need or want extra support in accomplishing your intentions? We’ll check-in by text, email and brief phone calls during the week to hold you accountable and keep you on track between coaching sessions.

We begin with a free, get acquainted interview. No hard sell or pressure; just a chance to get to know each other. If you decide coaching is right for you, I’ll email you some forms to fill out before our first session. Don’t worry! It isn’t a test! Just an easy way for you to fill me in on your goals and ADD / ADHD challenges. After all, our aim is to get your ADD challenges out of your way so you can accomplish your goals.

As your coach, I guide the process; providing structure, encouragement, accountability, insight and feedback. As the client, you drive the process; consistently taking small steady steps which eventually add up to big improvements in how you manage your ADHD and your life.

ADD Success Strategy Session – $95 per half hour
