Your Clutter with Feng Shui If you're someone who has a hard time getting rid of things, Clear Your Clutter with Feng Shui is definitely the book for you. Author Karen Kingston has created an extremely useful book about clearing your world of excess stuff, a very important aspect of feng shui. What resonates the most with me is the idea that clearing clutter isn't just about getting rid of material possessions. It's about letting go of emotional baggage by tossing objects that may remind you of not-so-great times in your life. Kingston even takes the guilt out of giving away the gifts you don't like. This book helped me look at my stuff in a different light and let go of many things that I really didn't need or like. Kingston presents her ideas clearly with many thoughtful suggestions. She talks about the emotional reasons we keep things and what to do about them. She covers every type of clutter, from old stereo equipment, books and CD collections, kitchen appliances and cookware, to clothing and broken stuff you'll never fix. Some may find Clear Your Clutter with Feng Shui a tad "woo-woo," so if you're a straight-arrow type of thinker, you may need to suspend some beliefs here. I suggest you try, however, since the information is excellent. Amazon.com reviewers rate this book a 4.5 on a scale of 5. Click here to order Clear Your Clutter with Feng Shui from Amazon.com
