It comes down to this. I'm really, really tired of talking to fabulous, potential coaching clients only to have them say, "I'd love to work with you, but I can't afford it."

Frankly, it goes against who I am and what I believe in when coaching is so expensive that I can't help people. My purpose is to teach people to live more easily with ADD. When so many people are excluded because coaching is too expensive, I'm diluting my purpose and that just makes me cranky!

You'll now enjoy the same, expert ADD Success Telephone Coaching for a lower monthly price. $250 per month for three, 40-minute telephone sessions with between session check-in emails.

You'll be hard pressed to find another experienced, well-trained ADD coach with a track record like mine who charges this little. Payment is easy, too. Use your Visa, Mastercard or American Express.

No Free Ride
Please don't mistake lower fees for lower quality. I still carefully screen and select whom I coach. Only ADD adults who are ready and able to do the work to outsmart their ADD and transform their lives need inquire. A good place to start is by taking my Are You Ready for Coaching Quiz.

Curious How Telephone Coaching Works?
I work in the preferred format of most experienced ADD and life coaches; by telephone. Odd as it sounds, telephone coaching works perfectly for ADD. With pesky visual distractions minimized, the client can focus on what's truly important; the coaching.

Plus, it's convenient. No need to dress up and break your neck trying to get somewhere on time. You just need to get to a phone and some privacy in time for your coaching session. I have literally coached people for years whom I've never met in person, yet we're very close.

The best part about telephone coaching, however, is you can work with any coach in the world. And, that means you don't have to settle for someone just because they live within driving distance. You can pick and choose the best coach for you from anywhere! Though I live in a rural area of Southern Oregon people from all over the US, Canada and Europe now benefit from my ADD Success Coaching. What Happens In a Coaching Session?
ADD telephone coaching sessions are free-flowing, truth seeking and completely confidential. Our pre-scheduled, weekly telephone coaching session is designed to keep you on track. Homework keeps you focused and in action. E-mail and brief calls between sessions provide support.

During the coaching session we talk about your week, what you've gotten done and challenges that have popped-up. We set goals for the coming week and brainstorm how you will accomplish them.

Best of all, we examine how your brand of ADD gets in your way and we develop simple, down-to-earth strategies for you to OutSmart Your ADD so you can create the life you want to have.

We talk about managing time, getting organized, managing your ADD, communication, improving work performance, getting things done at home, lots and lots of things.
